For years I have tried every diet fad known to man with little to no success. Working with Melissa (of My Nutrition My Way), I have finally seen the light, and found something that not only helped me reach my weight loss goal, but also has given me a whole new outlook on nutrition and exercise. This was so much more than a weight loss program; it was a complete lifestyle shift.
I definitely am noticing more muscle composition these days and even dropped a couple of pounds so I think I'm starting to dial in the Calories vs. Output ratio. Thanks again for helping me on my way and I'm eating the best I have in a long time and feeling like this gym thing will be sustainable over the long term.
Perimenopause did a number on me. Melissa taught me how important protein is in my diet especially for women as we age and work on building muscle. Melissa is a wealth of knowledge and not only checked in with me weekly she also sent me articles to read on nutrition and workout plans. I am now feeling better than ever and have healthy habits to continue my health and fitness journey. Thank you Melissa for all your help.
